What We Offer

1:1 training
Personalized training to focus on your weaknesses and turn them into strengths. Individualized workouts to increase speed, strength, agility. On the ball training to address the specific areas you need to work on as a player.
Private small group training
(recommended)
Groups of 2-6 players from the same team/same competitive level. Compete against your friends and encourage them to run faster and lift more during the speed/strength portion. Improve individual skill and passing during the technical portion. Compete in 1v1, 2v2, etc. to end the session.



Open small group training
Groups of 2-6 players of any level. General speed/strength workouts with exercises adjusted to meet the level/needs of each athlete. Mostly individual skill work on the ball with the drills adjusted for each athlete. 1v1, 2v2, etc. if appropriate for the level of the players.
